You can get help with your journey or booking from the company offering it. Please contact them directly. Tixys cannot respond on behalf of an operator.
If you are using “Tixys Free”, please look for help in the support forum. If you have a “Premium” account, please write to the support address, mentioning your contract number.
You can simply register your shop. It’s free and doesn’t take more than 5 minutes. If you have questions or problems opening an account, please look for help in the support forum.
